The accommodation agreement with Ferienwohnungen Fakenstein | All.Glemm SKY SUITE
requires a deposit.
The amount of the deposit is set to 40% of the arrangement price. Only with the receipt of your deposit, the booking will be binding for us.
The deposit is a partial payment on the agreed arrangement price. You are welcome to transfer the remaining balance or pay on spot (card/cash).
You will find a towel dryer, hair dryer, bath robes (SKY SUITE, Penthouse & Stein), towels & toilet paper. There’s also a washing machine, dryer and washing powder at All.Glemm SKY SUITE.
Make sure your requested dates are still available. If not there’s still a chance for you to find another option at All.Glemm SUITES or Ferienwohnungen Falkenstein.
On the day of arrival, the check-in will be possible 4pm onwards.
The check-out time will be 9am at the latest on the departure day.
At Ferienwohnungen Falkenstein we offer our guests 2 wall boxes for charging their electric vehicles, at All.Glemm SKY SUITE there is a wall box for charging, too.
Billing is based on consumption, measured precisely in watt-hours, using a charging card or credit card.
Charging capacity: up to 11 kW.
Please bring your own charging cable.

According to § 8.3 of the General Terms and Conditions for the hotel industry 2006 (AGBH 2006) the contracting party is held liable to the landlord for any damage the tenant or guest or any other person who would have been entitled to use the apartment by the tenant causes.

We have 1 TV in each bedroom and 1 in the dining and living area.

At Ferienwohnungen Falkenstein we've been using green electricity. Always.
This not only covers the electrical needs of our geothermal heat pump, but also heats the saunas and whirlpools.
In addition, we invested in a 12 kWp photovoltaic system in 2022, which helps reduce the load on the power grid and cushion increases in energy costs.
At All.Glemm SKY SUITE sustainability is very important. We have had a solar system on the roof from the very beginning and invested in a photovoltaic system (7 kWp) in 2021. This was expanded by an additional 10 kWp in 2022 – also to supply electricity to the air-source heat pump (2023).
We can provide 2 parking spots for free straight in front of the house.
If you are planning to travel with more than 2 cars, there are other options like Reiterkogel Garage, which will cause
additional charges.
Up to 3 months before the agreed arrival, the accommodation contract can be terminated without paying any cancellation fee.
If you want to withdraw from the accommodation contract outside of the above-mentioned period, please remind the deadlines of the following cancellation fees:

The Sauna is available for free use every day for 3 hours.
For safety reasons the use is not permitted from 22pm - 7am.
You can find your sauna towels in the apartment.
Your valuables can be stored in a safe in the apartment.
Ferienwohnungen Falkenstein: Each holiday apartment includes a private, lockable compartment with a shoe dryer in the ground-floor bike and ski room. There is plenty of space for all your ski and snowboard equipment, bicycles, or strollers. By the way, you'll also find shoe cleaning supplies here, for example, for your hiking or cycling shoes.
All.Glemm SKY SUITE:Two heated ski poses are reserved for your ski, sticks, boots & helmets at the valley station of the 12er cable car. You will be able to reach the cable car in 10 minutes by foot without carrying all the stuff.

We’re happy to welcome your four-legged friends in our holiday apartments.
For dog owners, we have compiled a few guidelines that we kindly ask you to follow:
We kindly ask that your dog not be left alone in the apartment, even if they’re used to it at home. In a new environment, behavior can change, which may lead to unwanted scratching or chewing. Some dogs also show signs of discomfort through barking due to loneliness...
It is very important to us that the dog does not enter the bed or bedroom.
Please inform us before your arrival if your dog is allowed on the couch. This way, we can cover it to avoid any potential issues.
Dogs must be kept on a leash in the stairwell and entrance area.
We also ask that you ensure the dog does not mark the house (entrance area and lawn).
Liability insurance is required in case of damages.
Any damage or additional cleaning effort caused by the dog (for example, in the bed) will be charged.
